1.3 Prices
Prices shown are in Euros, without taxes. They are subject to modifications at any times, without prior notice. All items will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff applicable at the time the order was booked.
We are not responsible for orders placed before the price reduction.
Please be aware that orders ship to outside China may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your country duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.
We are responsible for the payment export taxes and customs fees in China /Hong Kong。
Shall the total amount per order reach 2500 EUROS, the buyer will be entitled to a 5% discount on the total value of purchased goods.
Shall the total amount per order reach 4OOO EUROS, the buyer will be entitled to a 7% discount on the total value of purchased goods.
1.4 Online privacy
In order to purchase products on the www.apte-hk.com website you are required to fill-in a registration form with basic personal information (your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address, etc.) and this data remains completely confidential and will be used for contractual purposes only. Apte (Hong Kong) does not sell, rent or lend any personally identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party in a way different to those described in this privacy statement. Not do we share your personally identifiable information with any other entities other than the necessary third parties in the processing of your order. The shipping information relating to an order (name, address, phone) will be shared - only for delivery purposes with the shipping company.

1.5 Payment policy
Whole payments will be done by bank transfer or via PayPal. Payment confirmation shall be received within 3 working days, and payment of funds shall be recorded within 7 working days as at the date invoice was issued. In the case the payment confirmation fails to arrive within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled.
1.6 Delivery policy
Apte (Hong Kong) warrants to delivery any order being paid in full.
We close on Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays. You will receive a tracking info via e-mail once your order has shipped from our warehouse. All order paid by bank transfer will have to wait 2- 4 working days for the payment to clear before the goods are dispatched . Please assure you provide us with the most recent valid e-mail address for contacting.
Deliveries expenses are included in the price of each item，please go to see delivery page。
The delivery time of wholesale order usually takes between 5 and 10 working days. But it does not constitute a rigor time and we are not liable for carriers delays.
If you find you are not receiving the package(s) within 10-14 days, please contact us immediately.
1.7 Transfer of property and Transfer of risks
Property Transfer
The property transfer of goods to buyer will be executed after full payment 。
Risk Transfer
The damage risk transfer to buyer will be realized from shipment 。
The loss risk transfer to buyer will be realized from China /Hong Kong customs exit。
If you take insurance, the packages got lost during transition - the carrier (EMS/UPS/DHL) only reimburse up to US$100.00 per package. The insurance is invoiced 1% of total goods value.
1.8 Return Policy
In the case a product is damaged, or if the buyer refuses the items, the later is authorized to return all the items ordered within 7 days following the reception of the goods.
Cost of shipments will be at the buyer's expense.
Apte （Hong Kong）will refund total value of purchased goods to buyer by bank transfer. Original postage and insurance charges are non-refundable。Each item needs to be returned in original package. Or the return will not be accepted and the credit will not be issued.
No returns will be accepted without a RMA ( Return Authorization number). If you do not respond within 2 working days after the RMA form is provided, or lack of any information, your request will be cancelled/denied. RMA number is required to be written outside of the box(es), or your packages will be refused. A copy of RMA request form with valid RMA number should be attached with the package as well. If the return items are lost by carrier while sending back, we are not responsible .
If you do not receive any RMA confirmation number in 2 business days from the day you request, you are liable to contact us within 2 days. Or we are not responsible for the lost of RMA confirmation by e-mail.
1.9 Applicable law
The conditions of the present contract shall be governed by French Law .
Any dispute arising from the validity, the interpretation and the execution of the present contract will be submit to French law.
2.0Buyer's acceptation
The present sales conditions and tariffs are duly agreed by the Buyer, who claims to have a perfect knowledge of these and undertakes to not claim for his own sales conditions. The order confirmation implies a full acceptation of the present sales conditions.
