Where can I see your prices?
Firstly to view wholesale prices on the site you must register its free , click on ''register'',  in the window  entitled ''Login or register ''. You will be able to see prices right away. You can choose your own user name and password . We do not pass on your details to anyone else.

Can I order from your  online catalog?
Yes , you can order from our online catalog. It is necessary for you to complete the order form online.  Select the items you want and click on ''add to cart''. To view your order click on ''order form ''at the top of the screen, enter the quantity  you want for each items, and click on ''update''. Select your carrier and next click  the''submit'' button. You can order only from your register page.
Upon receipt , we will send you an invoice of your purchases.
Payment confirmation shall be received within 3 working days, and payment of funds shall be recorded within 7 working days as at the date invoice was issued .
When you made your payment send us confirmation by email please at accounts@apte-hk.com.  Our sales are exclusively reserved for Compagnies.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept  Bank wire Transfers in  company's  account (HSBC Bank)  . New: we accept payments by PayPal for amounts less USD 700 ,from verified members PayPal only .          

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order amount  is USD 650, and USD 200 for your first order.

Do you apply discount?
Yes
Shall the total amount per order reach USD 3000, the buyer will be entitled to a 5% discount on the total value of purchased goods. 
Shall the total amount per order reach USD 5000, the buyer will be entitled to a 7% discount on the total value of purchased goods. 

How much is shipping ?
The  delivery charges are included in the selling price . Please go to our Delivery Page for information shipping.

Do you accept all foreign currencies ?
We accept only foreign currencies
AUD (Australia) , CAD (Canada) , NZD (New Zeeland) , EUR (Europe), GBP (United Kingdom) , CHF (Switzerland) ,USD (USA), JPY (Japan)

How long will I need to wait for delivery?
Delivery time of a wholesale order usually takes between 5 and 10 working days.

Are the products displayed on the website in stock?
Some  items are  availability in stock (you can choose the quantity you want for each items), and others items  are  made to order.

How my order will be packed?
All items ordered on our website are packed with great care (polystyrene Box + coardboard Box) , in order to minimize any risk of deterioration during transition. To ensure your satisfaction , all products are carefully  inspected  before leaving our warehouse.

Do I wish to turn over you the goods show have I to proceed?
If you change your mind , then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period with original packing. We will refund you total value of purchased goods. Original postage  and insurance charges  are non-refundable.
