Where can I see your tariffs?
You must record first, then you can find our tariffs. It is free. Click on “save” on the right of the window “login or save”, you will then have to fill a formular. This allows access to our prices, no purchase order is necessary. At any time, you can modify your information, through “my account”. Your details will not be used nor transmitted to third parties.
How can I place an order？
Select the items you wan to buy through a click on the item. A product sheet will appear. Then select “add”. Use the same procedure for all the articles you want to purchase. To view your order, select “my basket” on the top of the page, select the quantity desired for each item, then click on “update”. Our sales are exclusively reserved to professionals. Purchase orders from individuals will not be handled and payment will be refused.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order amount for France and European Union countries is 600 USD, for your first order the minimum order amount is 600 USD. What methods of payment is accepted?
We accept payment by credit cards via paypal or wire transfer. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are included in our sales price。Please check the « delivery » page for more information. How long should I wait to receive my order ?
The delivery of an order will take between 5 to 10 working days.
Are the items shown of the web site available ?
Most of our products are available. Some articles (fur) are made upon order. It may happen that updates are not made on time and if such is the case, we will reimburse the difference or if you prefer, suggest other items available against items out of stock
It is possible to produce for larger quantities with other raw material for exemple : leather aspect or leather, tariffs will be more interesting. Please contact us for a proforma. If you use your own brandname, more details will be requested. For larger quantities, payment accepted will be wire transfer only. We proceed to a systematic inspection of products prior to shipment. This is for free and will no be billed.
How will my order be packed?
All the items shown on our web site are packed with great care (plastic box + cardboard box) in order to protect from deterioration during shipment . Once the articles are received in our warehouse they are carefully checked prior to shipment.
